A discounted group rate of $295.00 will be offered to the first 50 rooms booked
A discounted group rate of $309.00 will be offered to the next 25 rooms booked
A three (3) night minimum length of stay will be required (Guests will need to stay Thursday & Friday night)
Rooms will be offered in a Run of House Room Type; Bedding may be requested but is not guaranteed.

Resort Fee and Tax: A 8% resort fee and 11.3% lodging tax will be added to the quoted guestroom rate.
Cancellation Policy: For your guest accommodations, 50% deposit will be taken at time of reservation. The remainder of the deposit will be charged sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made within sixty (60) days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation; amendments/cancellations made outside of the sixty (60) days will be refunded.
